Position Overview The Rotating Equipment Condition Monitoring Supervisor - ADNOC Abu Dhabi will oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of condition monitoring data for rotating machinery to ensure equipment reliability and plant performance. The role includes supervising inspections, predictive maintenance, vibration analysis, and commissioning checks while providing recommendations to improve reliability and minimize downtime.

• Supervise collection and analysis of rotating equipment condition monitoring data for performance optimization
• Oversee inspections and predictive maintenance of compressors, pumps, turbines, blowers, and motors
• Monitor vibrations, temperatures, pressures, lubrication levels, flows, and steam trap performance to identify issues
• Review online monitoring systems daily to ensure equipment operates within optimal performance levels
• Supervise alignment, commissioning, and acceptance of rotary equipment following repairs
• Build and maintain an equipment condition monitoring database for reference and analysis
• Investigate machinery issues and recommend cost-effective technical solutions to improve reliability
• Prepare periodic reports on rotating equipment performance for management decision-making

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience supervising condition monitoring activities in oil and gas or large industrial environments
• Strong knowledge of predictive maintenance techniques and rotating machinery operations
• Proficiency in vibration analysis and use of monitoring systems
• Understanding of HSE standards and compliance in plant operations
• Experience with relevant IT applications for monitoring and reporting
• Planning, scheduling, and supervisory skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Vibration Certification (Level 2 or
  3) as per operational excellence guidelines
