Penspen is seeking a Specialist, Sub-Contracts Engineer for a PMC project in Abu Dhabi. The role involves managing the lifecycle of subcontracts with a strong emphasis on procurement, performance monitoring, and compliance with safety and technical standards.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering, with a minimum of 17 years' experience in the oil and gas sector, including 10 years in subcontracting and procurement. ADNOC experience is advantageous.
