Job Responsibilities
- Analyze product failures to identify root causes and recommend corrective and preventive actions
- Prepare detailed failure analysis and reliability reports
- Maintain and update reliability control databases documenting product success and failure history
- Apply statistical methods (e.g., linear regression, standard deviation) to assess compliance with reliability performance requirements
- Participate in design reviews for new products and evaluate proposed design changes impacting product baseline data
- Prepare reliability sections of technical proposals, including manpower estimates and schedules
- Review preliminary reports, waivers, deviations, and engineering change proposals to ensure compliance with contractual and reliability requirements
- Relevant technical diploma or degree.
- Professional
Certifications:
Relevant certifications based on the specific technical support role.
- Minimum 2 years of practical skills and technical knowledge in supporting engineering processes.
