• Oversee all mechanical and electrical engineering operations.
• Ensure efficient and safe operation of engineering systems.
• Manage maintenance and repair activities.
• Supervise a team of engineers and technicians.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Proven experience as a Chief Engineer.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in the maritime industry is a plus.
