About the Role
The Member selected for this position will be part of the Steam System Division. This is a field-oriented, team-based role that involves engaging with multiple internal and external stakeholders. The Member will be required to travel across various regions within the UAE to support business development activities and foster strong customer relationships. The role also includes close coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in project execution and to uphold both company standards and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities Insightful Site EngagementConduct comprehensive plant visits and site surveys. Your goal is to deeply understand each customer’s unique operational environment, identifying precise opportunities to enhance thermal efficiency and drive down energy consumption through tailored steam engineering solutions.
Industry CollaborationBuild meaningful interactions with clients across a broad range of process industries. While focusing on the OPC sector, you will also support diverse sectors such as manufacturing, food processing, and healthcare, industries where steam is essential to their daily success.
Technical AdvisoryProudly recommend technically sound solutions that align with the highest industry standards. You will ensure that every recommendation is rooted in good engineering practices while remaining strictly focused on the customer’s specific efficiency goals.
Value PresentationEffectively communicate the "value proposition" of our sophisticated product range. You will help clients understand the long-term benefits of systems like steam traps, condensate recovery systems, hot water generators, and precision control valves.
Analytical ReportingPrepare thoughtful and detailed post-visit reports. These documents will cover critical aspects such as leak detection and system optimization, providing customers with clear proposals that outline potential energy savings and realistic payback analyses.
System Assessment & Data CareMaintain accurate industrial databases while meticulously assessing existing steam generation and distribution setups. Your attention to detail ensures that our records reflect the true state of a client’s process utilities.
Solution DevelopmentDevelop and submit comprehensive techno-commercial proposals. You will provide the necessary technical and commercial support to ensure these proposals solve the customer's problems and transition into successful business opportunities.
Relationship ManagementCommit to regular and consistent customer engagement. With a goal of visiting 8 - 10 clients per week, you will work to strengthen our partnerships and explore new avenues for mutual growth.
Tailored Offer GenerationGenerate 4 - 6 customized technical offers each week. You will ensure that every document is accurate, timely, and perfectly suited to the client's specific requirements to support a smooth sales process.
Commitment to FieldworkEmbrace the dynamic nature of this role, which involves frequent travel (approximately 4 - 5 days per week). This allows you to be present where our customers need you most, providing hands‑on support across the region.
Qualifications We ValueA Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related discipline from a recognized institution.
Professional JourneyBetween 2 to 8 years of successful experience in technical sales, ideally within an industrial or process engineering environment.
OPC Industry FamiliarityPrior experience or familiarity with the Oil, Petrochemical, and Chemical sector, whether through direct industry work or handling relevant process equipment, is considered a significant advantage.
Technical DepthA sound understanding of manufacturing and industrial setups, particularly those involving thermal systems, utilities, or complex process operations.
Engaging CommunicationStrong verbal and written communication skills. You should feel comfortable and confident engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders, from site engineers to procurement teams and senior decision-makers.
