Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end project execution activities from initiation to completion. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and client teams. Monitor project schedules, budgets, risks and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery. Review project plans, technical documentation, drawings, specifications and progress reports. Ensure compliance with project quality standards, HSE regulations and contractual requirements. Manage project stakeholders, subcontractors, consultants and vendors effectively.
Conduct project meetings, progress reviews and performance evaluations. Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively. Track project KPIs and ensure achievement of operational and commercial objectives. Support tendering, estimation, planning and execution strategies where required. Ensure proper documentation, reporting and communication throughout the project lifecycle. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize project performance.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline. 10-22 years of relevant project management/project engineering experience. Experience in GCC projects is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of project execution methodologies, construction practices, engineering coordination, and contract management. Exposure to multidisciplinary projects across construction, oil & gas, power, industrial, infrastructure, or EPC environments. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with project management tools and reporting systems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced project environments. PMP or other project management certifications will be an added advantage.
