Audio Visual Engineer Programmer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated audio visual engineer programmer with a minimum of three years of experience in designing, programming, commissioning and supporting integrated AV systems. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with AV control systems, conferencing solutions, video distribution, digital signage and automation platforms. The role involves programming, troubleshooting, system integration and providing technical support for commercial, corporate, hospitality, educational and government projects.

• Design, configure, program and commission audio visual and control system solutions.
• Develop and modify programming for AV control systems and automation platforms.
• Configure touch panels, control processors, DSPs, video conferencing systems and networked AV devices.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting and commissioning to ensure optimal performance.
• Integrate audio, video, control and communication systems into a unified solution.
• Read and interpret AV system drawings, schematics and technical specifications.
• Provide on‑site and remote technical support to clients and project teams.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers and installation teams during project execution.
• Conduct system training and handover sessions for end users and clients.
• Prepare technical documentation, programming backups and as‑built records.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network‑related AV issues.
• Ensure project delivery complies with client requirements and industry standards.
• Stay updated on emerging AV technologies and industry best practices.

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in audio visual system programming, integration and support.
• Strong understanding of AV system architecture and signal flow.
• Experience with AV control systems, conferencing solutions and digital media technologies.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals, IP‑based AV systems and system troubleshooting.
• Ability to read technical drawings and wiring schematics.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a project team.
