Senior Construction Estimator; EPC – Oil & Gas

Job Overview

To prepare accurate and competitive construction cost estimates for EPC tenders and projects, including quantity take-offs, manpower and equipment estimates, subcontractor evaluation, construction methodology assessment and risk identification, ensuring technically compliant and commercially competitive tender submissions aligned with project requirements and execution strategy.

• Prepare detailed construction cost estimates for EPC tenders and projects.
• Review Invitation to Bid (ITB) documents, drawings, specifications, scope of work and contractual requirements.
• Develop manpower, equipment and construction resource estimates based on project scope and execution methodology.
• Prepare and validate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and quantity take-offs based on engineering deliverables and tender requirements.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities through improved construction methodology, resource optimization and value engineering initiatives.
• Provide strong technical and commercial competence in tender submissions.

• Strong understanding of EPC construction activities and execution methodology.
• Proven experience in construction estimation and tendering.
• Experience supporting EPC tenders and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8–12 years EPC experience in Oil & Gas projects.
• Experience in construction estimating for Oil & Gas projects.
• Experience with ADNOC or major Oil & Gas operator projects is an advantage.
