LAND SURVEYOR

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct land and topographic surveys for civil construction projects in accordance with project requirements and industry standards.
• Establish accurate reference points, elevations and benchmarks on-site.
• Prepare and maintain survey reports, drawings and records.
• Operate and manage survey equipment (Total Station, GPS, AutoCAD Civil 3D, etc.).
• Collaborate with project engineers, site managers and contractors to ensure alignment and accuracy of works.
• Verify as-built drawings and support QA/QC requirements.
• Monitor subcontractor surveying works to ensure compliance with approved plans.
• Resolve technical issues related to levels, coordinates and dimensions on-site.

Key

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Land Surveyor in civil construction projects.
• Proficiency in survey instruments and relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS, Total Station, GPS systems).
• Strong knowledge of land surveying procedures, standards and construction practices.
• Prior UAE/GCC project experience is mandatory.
• Candidates currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately are preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and problem-solving skills.
