Technical Manager - Theme Park & Theming Projects

Delivering the technical foundations behind world‑class attractions.

• Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
• 15+ years of construction experience, including at least 5 years in a Technical Manager position.
• Previous experience delivering theme park, theming, or large‑scale entertainment projects is essential.
• Main contracting experience is preferred.
• GCC/UAE experience is required.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design packages and technical deliverables in accordance with project specifications and contractual requirements.

• Manage the technical function throughout the project lifecycle, from design development through construction and handover.
• Review and coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, and specialist theming drawings and technical submissions.
• Manage the preparation and review of shop drawings, RFIs, material submittals, and engineering proposals.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, specialist subcontractors, and internal departments to resolve technical and constructability issues.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable standards, and contractual requirements.
• Support construction teams by providing technical guidance during execution.
• Review and assess value engineering proposals and alternative technical solutions.
• Coordinate technical activities with Planning, Procurement, QA/QC, and Construction functions.
