Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Multi-Discipline Inspector to support offshore oil and gas projects. The ideal candidate will possess extensive inspection experience across multiple disciplines, including mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, piping, rotating equipment, and HVAC systems. This role is critical in ensuring construction, fabrication, installation, and commissioning activities comply with project specifications, international standards, and client requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities- Perform inspection activities across mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, piping, rotating equipment, and HVAC disciplines.
- Ensure all fabrication, construction, installation, and commissioning activities comply with approved procedures and project specifications.
- Conduct inspections of topsides, offshore platforms, modules, and associated facilities.
- Verify welding, material, dimensional, and installation quality.
- Inspect pressure piping, pressure safety valves, electrical equipment, and control systems.
- Monitor rotating equipment installation, alignment, and commissioning activities.
- Review quality documentation, inspection reports, and test certificates.
- Identify non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and client representatives.
- Witness testing, commissioning, and acceptance procedures.
- Maintain accurate inspection records and daily reports.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety and quality standards.
- Higher Secondary School Certificate or Diploma in Engineering.
- Valid CSWIP Welding Inspection certification is mandatory.
- Valid PCN Level II certification is mandatory.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry as an Inspector.
- Proven experience in construction, topsides, offshore platforms, and module fabrication.
- Minimum 5 years of inspection experience in Electrical equipment, Pressure piping systems, Pressure safety valves, Instrumentation and control systems, Rotating machinery, HVAC systems.
- For rotary/equipment installation assignments, prior commissioning and installation experience is mandatory.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
