We are hiring a HSE Officer – Emirati National in Abu Dhabi.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with strong communication skills who are eager to build a career in Health Safety and Environment (HSE). The successful candidate will support the implementation and monitoring of HSE policies to ensure a safe and compliant working environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in implementing HSE policies, procedures and guidelines on‑site.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
- Support in risk assessments and safety audits.
- Monitor workplace safety and report unsafe conditions or practices.
- Ensure all employees follow safety regulations and company procedures.
- Maintain HSE documentation and records.
- Assist in incident and accident investigations and reporting.
- Conduct safety inductions and awareness sessions for employees.
- Coordinate with site teams to promote a strong safety culture.
- UAE National (Emirati) – Mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma / high school (preferably in HSE, Engineering, or related field) or relevant practical experience.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HSE standards (OSHA/ISO) is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and work on‑site in Abu Dhabi.
- Good organizational and reporting skills.
