Responsibilities
- Implement and Maintain company HSE policy, procedures and the project HSE plan.
- Conduct HSE awareness sessions, Toolbox talks to workforce under his project on daily basis.
- Ensures that all PTW required works conducting regarding Company PTW procedures.
- Ensure that all HSE risk assessment control measures are performed in a proper way.
- Inspect the project under his authority regularly in daily basis to ensure that all works conducted in a safe way.
- Reporting any incidents that happens in his project such as:
Unsafe acts, Unsafe conditions, Near-misses or Accidents. - Has a right to stop unsafe works or nonconformity works against project HSE plan, company procedures or HSE standards.
- Supervise and lead the subcontractors HSE officers.
- Record HSE Key performance indicators monthly and issue HSE reports.
