Electrical CAD Draftsman – Power & Energy Projects

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed electrical drawings for power and utility projects
• Draft Single Line Diagrams (SLD)
• Draft Schematics
• Draft Cable Routing Drawings
• Draft Earthing Layouts
• Draft Lighting Layouts and Electrical Equipment Layouts
• Prepare detailed shop drawings and as-built drawings
• Coordinate drawings with Electrical Engineers, BIM Engineers, Civil Engineers, and Project Teams
• Update drawings based on engineer comments and client requirements
• Maintain drawing standards and document control procedures
• Assist in preparing tender drawings and construction drawings
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and international standards
• Support the design team in substations, power plants, solar PV, and utility infrastructure projects

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, Drafting Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Electrical Draftsman
• Experience in electrical infrastructure, substations, power plants, or utility projects is preferred
• Strong knowledge of electrical drawings and engineering documentation

We are expanding our Energy & Infrastructure Division and are seeking a skilled Electrical CAD Draftsman with experience in power, utility, substations, and renewable energy projects.
