We are looking for a skilled MEP Coordinator to work on a high‑profile construction project. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are integrated seamlessly into the overall project.
Responsibilities- Facilitate collaboration among mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines to ensure all systems are integrated seamlessly into the overall project.
- Review and interpret MEP design drawings and specifications, identifying discrepancies and proactively addressing issues before they arise on site.
- Coordinate with project managers to establish timelines and milestones for MEP installations, ensuring adherence to project schedules.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor MEP progress, ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in MEP coordination within construction or engineering projects (villa projects).
- Professional certifications such as LEED AP, PMP, or equivalent are highly preferred.
- Experience in large‑scale commercial or institutional projects enhances candidacy.
