This role focuses entirely on navigating the Capital’s project sales landscape. You will take ownership of business development, project tendering, and client acquisition, specifically driving specification and sales for Split AC, Window AC, and Ducted AC Systems into major infrastructure and residential projects.

Estimations & Compliance: Ensure all commercial proposals align with Abu Dhabi codes, standards, and specific project cost estimation guidelines.
Market Intelligence: Monitor local market shifts, competitor positioning, and upcoming tender announcements to secure a competitive edge.
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of solid HVAC/AC project sales experience within the UAE or GCC region.
Product Expertise: Demonstrated success in commercializing Split AC, Window AC, and Ducted AC Systems with reputed manufacturing brands.
Local Knowledge: Solid familiarity with Abu Dhabi project compliance, tendering processes, and local engineering standards.
Education: Engineering background (Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred).
