Tendering Engineer

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tendering Engineer located in Abu Dhabi. The Tendering Engineer will be responsible for preparing and reviewing tender submissions, cost estimates, technical and commercial proposals, quantity take-offs, and procurement coordination. The role involves managing tendering activities through Oracle systems, coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors, and ensuring timely and competitive submissions.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal departments, clients, consultants, and vendors to ensure compliance with project requirements and tender specifications.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in tendering and estimation within the Abu Dhabi construction company.
• Proven experience in Infrastructure, Landscaping, and Public Parks Projects

• Strong knowledge and experience in preparing quotations, cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documentation.
• Experience in handling tender submissions through Oracle systems

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to evaluate technical specifications and pricing structures.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier evaluations, and subcontractor coordination.
• Experience dealing with major consultants and developers such as Parsons, Modon, and similar organizations
  .
• Familiarity with Abu Dhabi authority requirements, particularly projects related to DMT (Department of Municipalities and Transport).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.

• Previous experience on Abu Dhabi government and municipal projects.
• Experience working with infrastructure networks, utility works, landscaping, and public realm developments.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards and contract documentation.
