We are seeking a detail-oriented Cost Engineer to support cost management and financial control activities across a complex large-scale infrastructure programme.
Key Requirements- Minimum 5 years of experience in cost engineering cost control or commercial support within design and/or construction projects
- Familiarity with budgeting forecasting cost reporting and change management processes
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in cost management tools and Excel
- Experience supporting projects of significant scale and complexity is desirable
- Middle East particularly UAE experience is an advantage
- Rail project experience is advantageous
- Support preparation and monitoring of project budgets and cost plans
- Track actual costs against forecasts and report variances
- Assist in evaluating change requests and cost impacts
- Maintain cost control systems and financial records
- Prepare periodic cost reports for project management
- Coordinate with planning commercial and delivery teams on cost-related matters
Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related discipline or equivalent demonstrated experience.
