NIMR is a leading manufacturer of combat-proven light and medium-weight wheeled Armored military vehicles with complete in-house design and production capability.

• Participate in project kick-off meetings for medium to high complexity programs to understand customer requirements, timelines, budgets, and project objectives.
• Lead end-to-end procurement activities from project initiation through serial production, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate preparation of Project Bill of Materials (BOM) budgets and sourcing timelines with Engineering, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain stakeholders.
• Monitor BOM budgets throughout the project lifecycle, identify variances, communicate risks, and drive corrective actions to maintain cost targets.
• Track sourcing milestones including RFQs, supplier selection, negotiations, and contract finalization to ensure timely project execution.
• Provide regular updates on procurement progress, risks, and commercial matters to internal stakeholders and the wider Procurement team.
• Support supplier onboarding by evaluating capabilities, competitiveness, and compliance in collaboration with category buyers.
• Participate in project reviews, IPT meetings, and cross-functional discussions to resolve issues and align priorities.
• Present procurement and project updates to management when required.
• Negotiate favorable supplier terms while ensuring quality, continuity, and risk mitigation.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical)
• Minimum 6 years of experience in automotive cross functional experience is preferred.
• Strong project management, communication and problem solving skills.
