Job Description
We are looking for an experienced PMC I&C Construction Engineer to oversee on‑site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards for a high‑profile client.
Job ObjectiveAct as the Owner’s (ADNOC) representative within the PMC team, overseeing all EPC contractor construction activities to be safe, on schedule, within budget and fully compliant with ADNOC standards, specifications, and international best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and supervise EPC contractor construction activities for I&C discipline.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, method statements, and IFC deliverables.
- Validate contractor construction sequences, work packs, and resource deployment plans.
- Identify potential delays or conflicts and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Champion ADNOC’s Zero Incident safety culture; ensure strict HSE compliance.
- Review construction work for quality, witness inspections, tests, and certifications.
- Interface with QA/QC teams for ITPs and manage NCRs.
- Act as primary PMC interface with EPC contractors, review progress and productivity, evaluate variations and claims.
- Track progress against baseline schedules and coordinate recovery plans.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, commissioning and operations teams; resolve site technical queries.
- Support pre‑commissioning, commissioning, handover activities and punch list clearance.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in oil & gas projects.
- At least 3 years in a similar position; 5+ years in a PMC role on ADNOC or similar Middle East projects.
- Strong experience in large‑scale EPC/EPCM projects (CAPEX > USD 500M).
- Familiarity with ADNOC standards, specifications, and work practices.
- Qualified to obtain a CICPA and a UAE work visa.
