Job Overview
As a Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Systems Lead, you will oversee the design review and installation of MEP systems for construction projects, ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and client expectations.
Responsibilities- Oversee the design review and installation of MEP systems for construction projects.
- Ensure MEP systems comply with building codes and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to integrate MEP systems into the overall project design.
- Manage a team of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineers and inspectors.
- Inspect and verify the quality of equipment and systems.
- Ensure all MEP works are completed within the set timeline and budget.
- Resolve any issues or delays that may affect the project schedule.
- Provide technical advice and solve problems on-site.
- Prepare reports and project updates for management.
- Participate in project meetings and discussions with clients as necessary.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Membership of a recognized institution preferred (LEED GA or AP certifications considered a plus for MEP discipline).
- Minimum 20 years of experience on building projects (villas, residential towers, or commercial buildings).
