HVAC ENGINEER

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Engineer with a strong background in EPC projects to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on expertise in designing and delivering HVAC systems for industrial facilities including substations, control buildings, analyzer shelters, laboratories, cold storage rooms, workshops, and warehouses.

• Design and engineering of HVAC systems for industrial facilities in EPC projects
• Direct Expansion (DX) systems: split units, packaged units, precision cooling
• Chilled Water systems: AHUs, FCUs, chillers, cooling towers, pumps
• Ventilation systems for hazardous and classified areas
• Pressurization systems for control buildings and substations
• Preparation of HVAC Design Basis documents
• HVAC Specifications and Design Reports
• HVAC Calculations including heat load, cooling load, and system sizing
• HVAC Control Philosophy and Control Narratives
• Cause & Effects (C&E) documentation
• Duct and pipe sizing with pressure drop calculations
• Interdisciplinary coordination for HVAC document preparation (Civil, Electrical, Process, Instrumentation)
• Preparation of Material Requisition s (MRs) for HVAC equipment and materials
• Technical Datasheets for HVAC equipment
• Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) for vendor quotations
• Review of vendor documents and drawings

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 10–12 years of relevant experience in HVAC engineering within EPC environments
• Prior experience with Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Power sector projects is preferred
• Proficiency in HVAC design software (HAP, Elite HVAC, AutoCAD, Revit MEP)
• Strong knowledge of international standards: ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, IEC
• Experience with area classification (ATEX/IECEx) HVAC design
• Excellent technical writing and document preparation skills
• Strong interdisciplinary coordination and communication abilities
• Ability to work in fast‑paced EPC project environments with tight deadlines
