A B R E Contracting LLC in Dubai is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage procurement activities for oil and gas and construction projects. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of UAE experience and strong negotiation skills to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
This role involves sourcing and managing suppliers, coordinating with project teams, and preparing procurement documentation in compliance with UAE regulations. A working knowledge of ERP systems is preferred.
