Graduate Engineer (Instrumentation & Control)
As part of Penspen’s strategic initiative to strengthen the UAE’s national talent pool, we are seeking fresh Engineering Graduates from Process, Civil, Mechanical, Instrument and Electrical disciplines to be based in Abu Dhabi.
TrainingDuring the training, the graduate will learn:
- Basics of engineering
- Familiarization with international codes, standards and engineering practices
- All aspects of design from concept to detailed design
- Preparation of non‑critical engineering design documents
Candidate should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering in Electronics / Instrumentation & Control
- Specialization in relevant engineering
- Learning mindset and willingness to work with a multi‑cultural team
- Knowledge of basic engineering processes
