As a BIM Modeler, you'll support the design, coordination, and delivery of our technology and low‑current systems projects. The role requires expertise in BIM modeling, multidisciplinary coordination, clash detection, and model management to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with project requirements and BIM standards.

• Develop and maintain detailed BIM models for ICT, ELV, AV, Security, and Smart Systems projects.
• Produce coordinated 3D models, shop drawings, installation drawings, and as-built documentation.
• Coordinate with design consultants, project engineers, and construction teams to ensure model accuracy and constructability.
• Perform clash detection and model validation using BIM coordination tools.
• Ensure compliance with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP), client requirements, and company standards.
• Extract quantities and generate reports from BIM models to support project delivery and planning.
• Manage model revisions, updates, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve design conflicts proactively.
• Support site teams with model‑based construction workflows and technical coordination.
• Maintain organized BIM data and ensure timely submission of project deliverables.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of BIM modeling experience within construction, MEP, ICT, ELV, or technology systems projects.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Experience with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud and common data environments.
• Knowledge of BIM standards, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and project coordination workflows.
• Experience in clash detection, model coordination, and drawing production.
• Understanding of ICT, ELV, Security Systems, AV Systems, and Smart Building technologies is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with Dynamo, Revit Families, and model automation tools is an advantage.
