Abou Role
  • Prepare and implement HSE Risk Management strategies to ensure operational safety and compliance.
  • Develop and execute Process Safety Management protocols to mitigate risks and enhance safety.
  • Monitor Contractor HSE Performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct Fatigue Risk Management assessments and implement necessary measures.
  • Participate in Crisis Management and Emergency Response Planning activities.
  • Oversee Permit to Work processes to ensure adherence to safety standards.
  • Conduct Job Safety Analysis to identify potential hazards and recommend solutions.
  • Perform Hazard Identification and Risk Analysis to proactively address safety concerns.
  • Implement Safe Work Practices (WMS) to maintain a secure working environment.
  • Advise on technical safety matters and provide expertise in operating integrity.
  • Analyse safety data and prepare reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve safety and operational objectives.
Qualification & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably Mechanical or Metallurgical, or other relevant disciplines.
  • 8 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry, with a focus on HSE and operating integrity.
