We are currently recruiting for a PMC Logistics Specialist role to support our ADNOC Offshore project in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The role is based at our client office with potential for offshore rotation.
Role SummaryThe Logistics Lead is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all logistics activities for the ADNOC Offshore project on behalf of ADNOC as PMC. The role ensures safe, efficient, and cost‑effective movement of materials, equipment, and personnel between fabrication yards, ports, and offshore sites in compliance with ADNOC standards, HSE requirements, and project schedules.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement the Project Logistics Execution Plan (PLEP) for offshore and onshore logistics.
- Coordinate marine logistics, including vessels, barges, PSV, AHTS, crew boats, and heavy‑lift transportation.
- Plan and manage material flow from vendors, fabrication yards, ports, and offshore locations to align with project schedule.
- Review and approve EPC contractor logistics plans and monitor contractor performance.
- Interface with EPC contractors, marine service providers, port authorities, and ADNOC Operations to resolve bottlenecks and constraints.
- Support load‑out, sea fastening, transportation, and offshore installation activities; ensure marine spreads are ready for campaigns.
- Oversee materials management, storage, preservation, and tracking systems; monitor lay‑down areas, yards, and offshore storage facilities.
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC HSE MS, marine safety standards, and offshore regulations; participate in risk assessments and incident investigations.
- Monitor logistics costs, prepare progress reports, KPIs, and dashboards for ADNOC and PMC management; interface with Construction, Engineering, Procurement, QA/QC, and HSE teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- Professional certification in logistics or supply chain management is an advantage.
- Minimum 15–20 years of logistics management experience on offshore oil and gas projects.
- Strong experience in PMC or EPC roles on major offshore developments, with proven ADNOC Offshore project experience preferred.
- Extensive experience with marine logistics, offshore campaigns, and heavy‑lift operations.
