Penspen Ltd is urgently seeking a Specialist Engineer HSE (Technical) for an Offshore PMC project in the United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will lead Technical Safety, Risk Management, and Loss Prevention activities across various stages of project execution.
With over 15 years of engineering experience in the Oil and Gas sector and at least 5 years in the GCC region, you will provide essential safety support to project teams and ensure all activities comply with international standards.
