Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and submission of competitive and accurate sales proposals and tender documents for power projects, ensuring all technical and commercial requirements are met.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis within the power sector to identify new business opportunities and inform tender strategies.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including engineering, procurement, and legal, to gather necessary information and ensure proposal alignment.
- Manage and maintain a database of tender opportunities, project documentation, and historical bid data for efficient retrieval and analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a sales support or tendering role, preferably within the power generation or energy sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Strong understanding of power industry technologies, project life cycles, and tender processes.
