Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and manage all on-site electrical installation activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
* Ensure strict compliance with relevant electrical engineering standards, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
* Coordinate effectively with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and other engineering disciplines.
* Conduct thorough inspections of electrical systems, components, and installations to confirm quality and design conformity.
* Prepare comprehensive technical reports, progress updates, and maintain accurate project documentation.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, providing prompt and effective solutions during project execution phases.## Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
* Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in an electrical site supervision or engineering role, preferably within the energy or construction sectors.
* Strong working knowledge of electrical codes, industry standards, and on-site safety procedures.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
* Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and other technical drawings.
* Competency in using relevant engineering software and Microsoft Office Suite.## Benefits
