Responsibilities
- Develop and review 3D models and engineering drawings
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and project budgets
- Conduct quantity take‑offs and material calculations
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure design accuracy and cost efficiency
- Support project planning and execution activities
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Structural or related field)
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software (AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla, Solid Works, or similar)
- Experience in preparing detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and quantity take‑offs
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and project specifications
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
