Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage comprehensive project planning activities from conceptualization to completion.
* Develop, implement, and monitor detailed project schedules, progress reports, and forecasts.
* Optimize resource allocation and ensure critical path adherence to meet project deadlines.
* Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
* Drive the implementation of best practices in planning, scheduling, and project controls methodologies.
* Provide expert planning advice and strategic insights to senior management and project stakeholders.## Requirements
* Proven extensive experience as a Planning Manager in large-scale projects, preferably within construction, civil engineering, or manufacturing.
* Advanced proficiency in project planning and scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
* Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and manage diverse teams.
* A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
