Divisional Contracts Manager
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Contracts Manager to lead contract management activities across large-scale EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) oil & gas projects.

YOUR ROLEAs Contracts Manager, you will:
- Lead the full lifecycle of contract management for EPC oil & gas projects
- Review, negotiate, and administer contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, legal standards, and company policies
- Identify and mitigate contractual risks, claims, and disputes
- Manage variations, claims preparation, and contract close‑out processes
- Provide contractual guidance to project teams and senior management
- Interface with clients (including ADNOC entities), consultants, and stakeholders
- Support tendering activities, including contract strategy and risk assessments
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering (any specialization), Quantity surveying, or related discipline
- Professional certifications (e.g., MRICS, PMP, or equivalent) are advantageous
- Minimum 20 years of experience in contracts/commercial roles within oil & gas EPC projects
- At least 5 years in a managerial or leadership position
- Strong expertise in EPC contract structures (e.g., lump sum, reimbursable, FIDIC‑based contracts)
- Preferred:
Prior experience working on ADNOC projects or within ADNOC standards/frameworks
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and dispute resolution skills
- Strong understanding of commercial, legal, and risk management principles
