Key Responsibilities Performance Management

• Contribute to the achievement of the approved Performance Objectives for the Department / Section in line with the Company Performance framework.

• Design and implement new tools and techniques to improve the quality and efficiency of operational processes.
• Identify improvements in internal processes against best practices in pursuit of greater efficiency in line with best Industry standards in order to define intelligent solutions for issues confronting the function.

• Comply with relevant HSE policies, procedures & controls and applicable legislation and sustainability guidelines in line with international standards, best practices and ADNOC HSE Standards.

• Provide inputs to prepare MIS and progress reports for Company Management.

• Bachelor Degree in engineering.
• 6 years of experience in engineering multi-disciplinary functions for the design of the assets and facilities, exposure to preparation of Front End Engineering and Design packages.
• Knowledge of gas extraction and processing plant operations, production engineering principles and project management.
• Good engineering concepts and FEED experience.
• Knowledge of applicable legislation and regulations relevant to project engineering.
• Knowledge of HSE principles and their application relevant to Oil & Gas industry.

• Professional qualification in Project Management e.g. PMP.
