To assist in the development and implementation of operational plans for power generation and distribution, ensuring effective resource tracking and minimal service disruption. To support data collection and safety compliance efforts while collaborating with team members to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
General Responsibilities- Policy, Procedures, Process and Systems
- Ensure the compliance of organization’s policy, systems, processes, procedures, and controls in line with group delegation of authority policy so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost‑effective service in a consistent manner.
- Ensure that all reports are completed timely and comply with the business and organization’s policies and standards.
- Manage the preparation of periodical management reports and progress reports to keep the business senior management informed about the progress of various initiatives and to facilitate decision‑making.
- Comply with organization’s requirements in a timely manner.
- Assist team members in gathering information for the development of operational plans for power generation and distribution.
- Track and document the allocation of resources, including personnel and equipment, to support operational efficiency.
- Collect and maintain basic data on the performance of power generation and distribution systems for further analysis.
- Aid in the scheduling of maintenance activities by providing logistical support to ensure minimal disruption to service.
- Enter operational data into systems accurately and assist in compiling information for performance and resource utilization reports.
- Work with team members to facilitate communication and support collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
- Help ensure that daily activities adhere to safety standards and regulatory requirements by following established procedures.
- Assist in identifying potential risks and promptly report them to senior team members for further evaluation.
- Follow OSH guidelines and safe working procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment.
- Familiarize oneself with emergency and evacuation procedures to ensure readiness in case of a crisis.
- Actively avoid actions that could endanger the health and safety of oneself and others.
- Participate in discussions to contribute to the preparation of risk assessments aimed at identifying potential hazards.
- Report any OSH hazards, incidents, or issues to supervisors promptly to maintain a safe working environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Upto 3 years of relevant working experience
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
