Senior Resident Engineer; Infrastructure

A minimum of 20+ years of experience as minimum relevant experience with not less than
10 years' experience in UAE with similar large scale infrastructure Projects

with Professional Registration (Charted Engineer or Professional Engineer)

• Leading the delivery of large multi-disciplinary infrastructure and Mix Utility / Public Realm projects.
• Manage the Project team and coordinate and facilitate meetings producing reporting metrics to monitor progress, and overcome blockages and barriers.
• Coordinate all the contractual issues, variations, change orders etc. with the Contracts Manager.
• Representing the company in communications with the Client, Sub-Contractors, Consultants, partners, as delegated by the Executive Director.
• Oversee the design implementation into the project workflow in accordance with contractual requirement on large scale projects.
• Effective preparation, planning and control of financial budgets and team resources in order to deliver the required commercial and project outcomes.
• Regular visits to Project site, as an when required for global monitoring of site activities in respect of Quality, Safety and Progress and advise Management of findings, area of concern and corrective action.
• Establish documented procedure. Any deviation from project requirements shall be properly reported to the Management addressing any possible Time and Cost Impact associated with it.
• Ensure Contractor Compliance with its Contractual obligations concerning Design changes and trend notices.
• Work closely with the client to gain understanding of the project scope, ensuring that all requirements were clearly defined and incorporated into the design.
• Coordinate with design team and site team to align with client expectations, and resolve design challenges, to enhance construction efficiency and achieve cost savings.
• Lead project delivery processes, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, technical standards, and client specifications.
• Ensuring the effective functioning of diverse, large/complex and/or multidisciplinary teams by using appropriate interpersonal styles to promote team cohesion and collaboration
