Desalination Plant and Seawater Treatment Plant Engineer

Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of desalination and seawater treatment plants, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency in water production.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for critical plant equipment, minimizing downtime and costly repairs.
- Monitor water quality parameters in real-time, adjusting treatment processes to meet stringent regulatory standards and customer specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex operational issues, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and engineering principles.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in operating and maintaining industrial water treatment or desalination facilities.
- Proven expertise in reverse osmosis (RO) and/or thermal desalination technologies is highly desirable.
- Certification as a Certified Operator or equivalent from a recognized water quality association.
