Project Engineer; MEP​/Civil

Civil Engineer

• Supervise and manage day‑to‑day site activities and construction operations.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and ensure works are completed according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Review drawings, BOQs, and project documents.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Prepare progress reports, work schedules, and project documentation.
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions during project execution.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment utilization to ensure project efficiency.
• Support project managers in achieving project milestones and successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

• 4–8 years of UAE experience in the construction industry.
• Experience in building construction, infrastructure, fit‑out, or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of site execution, project coordination, and construction methodologies.
• UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.

• Supervise and coordinate MEP installation works at project sites.
• Ensure all MEP activities are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate MEP works with civil, architectural, and structural teams to avoid clashes and delays.
• Review shop drawings, technical submittals, and material approvals.
• Conduct inspections and testing of MEP systems during installation and commissioning stages.
• Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of MEP activities.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients regarding technical matters.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, local authority requirements, and project specifications.
• Prepare progress reports, inspection requests, and project documentation.
• Provide technical support and resolve site‑related MEP issues during project execution.

Qualifications:

• 4–8 years of UAE experience in MEP construction and installation works.
• Proven experience in commercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV systems installation.
• UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
