Penspen Ltd is urgently seeking a Senior HSE Engineer for one of our Offshore PMC projects in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will manage Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) aspects, ensuring compliance with regulations and corporate policies while promoting a strong safety culture.
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Safety, or Environmental Sciences and a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years focused on offshore projects. Preferred certifications include NEBOSH, IOSH, and OSHA.
