Asset Integrity Manager

Responsibilities

Lead, develop and expand the Asset Integrity department in line with company strategy. Establish systems, procedures and service offerings to support business growth. Manage, mentor and develop a multidisciplinary technical team. Maintain strong relationships with key clients, asset owners and EPC contractors. Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads. Support and drive business development initiatives including tenders and proposals. Ensure successful delivery of asset integrity projects with high quality and compliance.

Drive departmental performance, profitability and operational efficiency.

• Minimum 15 years of experience in Asset Integrity, Inspection, or related fields (Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, or Marine)
• At least 5 years in a Lead or Managerial role
• Proven track record in setting up and growing business operations in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of UAE market, clients, and industry standards
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Metallurgical, or equivalent)
• In-depth understanding of international standards (API, ASME, ISO) and UAE regulations (e.g., ADNOC standards)
