Graduate - Civil Engineer (Emirati national)

Job DescriptionWSP in the Middle East is looking for a Graduate Civil Engineer to join our Transport & Infrastructure Business Unit, supporting infrastructure and design projects across the UAE. This role is designed specifically for Emirati graduates
, offering structured development, mentorship, and hands‑on project exposure.
- Assist in developing technical designs, reports, and presentations.
- Support the design and delivery of infrastructure and transport projects, including roads and highways.
- Coordinate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams across various stages of project life cycles.
- Support project documentation and ensure quality and compliance with UAE codes and standards.
- Learn and apply digital engineering tools (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.).
- Attend client and stakeholder meetings, supporting the preparation of technical deliverables.
- Actively contribute to team discussions, problem‑solving, and creative design thinking.
- UAE National (with a valid Family Book).
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or Transport Engineering.
- Strong interest in one or more of the following:
- Building Design & Architecture
- Structural Analysis
- Road/Highway Engineering
- Urban Mobility and Transport Planning
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, or similar is a plus.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
