Responsibilities
- Perform pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for Solar PV plants (utility‑scale and rooftop)
- Conduct testing of inverters, transformers, switch gear, SCADA systems and protection systems
- Coordinate with EPC contractors, vendors and site teams for smooth project execution
- Verify system performance as per design specifications and grid compliance standards
- Prepare and submit commissioning reports, checklists and test documentation
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical systems and plant operations
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory standards
- Support grid synchronization and performance ratio analysis
- Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 5-10 years of experience in Solar PV commissioning (adjust based on role level)
- Experience in solar PV commissioning, inverter testing and grid synchronization
