Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement HSE training programs tailored to various roles enhancing employee awareness and safety practices.
- Investigate incidents and near-misses compiling detailed reports to determine root causes and prevent future occurrences.
- Collaborate with management to establish and maintain an effective HSE management system that aligns with organizational goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or Engineering is essential.
- Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent are highly preferred to validate expertise in HSE practices.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in HSE coordination or management within the construction or oil & gas industries.
- Experience in conducting safety audits and risk assessments, demonstrating a proactive approach to hazard identification.
