Projects Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor project activities to ensure timely completion of works.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, progress reports, and documentation.
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Prepare and update AutoCAD drawings as required.
• Coordinate material procurement, deliveries, and site requirements.
• Track project progress and identify potential delays or issues.
• Assist in planning manpower, equipment, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
• Attend project meetings and prepare meeting minutes and action trackers.
• Monitor work execution and provide regular updates to management.
• Support project invoicing, variations, and document submissions.
• Maintain project records, permits, approvals, and correspondence.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, and project handover activities.

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 2–3 years of UAE experience in construction, maintenance, protective coating, painting, or waterproofing projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Valid UAE Driving License.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
