Role OverviewAs a Coordination Assistant / Junior QC Coordinator, you’ll assist in sourcing, selecting, and managing Fulkrum Quality Inspectors. You’ll support the Coordination team with various administrative tasks and interact with clients, candidates, and team members.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with client requests for QA/QC Engineering and Project Support personnel.
- Provide administrative support, including formatting CVs and maintaining records.
- Source candidates and prepare them for interviews.
- Communicate with candidates about their assignments and responsibilities.
- Support candidate relations and performance updates.
- Engineering graduate, preferably in Mechanical Engineering.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
