- Vendor sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation.
- Prepare RFQs, purchase orders, and contracts.
- Coordinate with engineering, planning, and site teams.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials and services.
- Maintain procurement records and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and project requirements.
- Relevant experience in procurement within construction, civil, or precast industries.
- Strong knowledge of local suppliers and UAE market (preferred).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced project environment.
