• Expected Minimum 15 years of HSE experience, with at least 5 years offshore oil & gas experience.
• Strong experience working with ADNOC Offshore or major EPC contractors is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in rotational offshore assignments.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Safety, Environmental Science, or related discipline.
• NEBOSH IGC / NEBOSH Diploma, IOSH / Lead Auditor (ISO 45001 & 14001).
• Preferred ADNOC Offshore H2S & Offshore Safety Certifications.
• OPITO / BOSIET / HUET (as applicable).
• Strong knowledge of ADNOC HSE Management System (HSEMS).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage multicultural teams offshore.
• High level of risk awareness and decision-making capability.
• Proficient in MS Office and HSE reporting tools.
