PMC Lead Structural Engineer

We are recruiting for a PMC Lead Structural Engineer to support the ADNOC Offshore project in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The position is based at our client office in Abu Dhabi.

• Provide technical expertise in all Civil and Structural design, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and ADNOC standards.
• Coordinate, monitor and handle Civil and Structural Engineering design and engineering with EPC Contractor, ensuring deliverables meet project expectations and timelines.
• Work with other discipline engineers within IPMT, EPC Contractor, ADNOC Engineering, Operation for site interface, resolving technical issues and ensuring quality Discipline Engineering execution and integrity.
• Perform regular and timely technical reviews of Civil and Structural Engineering deliverables developed by engineering consultants and contractors, ensuring design quality in compliance with relevant codes, standards and best practices.

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent technical team and interpersonal skills.
• Experience and detailed knowledge of relevant international codes and standards.
• Knowledge of engineering computer programs and general business software.
• Ability to make independent decisions in planning, organizing and coordinating to develop solutions to complex problems.
