Qualifications
- Expected Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with a focus on project management or scheduling
- Proven experience in planning and scheduling for oil & gas projects with a minimum of 5 years in a lead role
- Proficient in project management software and tools, namely Primavera P6
- Significant demonstrable experience of the application of project planning techniques including earned value, CPI, SPI, EAC, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify and address schedule‑related challenges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders
- Leadership and mentoring abilities with a track record of successfully managing and guiding a team of planning engineers
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to project planning and scheduling in the oil & gas sector
- Certification in project management or scheduling, e.g., PMP, PMI-SP, is a plus
