The Construction Supervisor Structural is responsible for overseeing structural construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and industry standards. Qualifications- Minimum of 8 years of post‑qualification experience in a relevant industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry codes
- Experience in offshore and onshore projects preferred
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Well‑organised, observant, with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong judgement and leadership qualities
- Ability to work with timelines and targets
- Assertive, able to drive culture change when required
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and team‑building skills

- Supervise and manage structural construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards
- Review technical drawings, specifications and plans to ensure accuracy and feasibility before execution
- Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors and site personnel to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth workflow
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (ASME, API, ASTM) and safety regulations
- Monitor material usage, procurement and inventory to prevent delays and cost overruns
- Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure structural integrity and adherence to design specifications
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring a hazard‑free work environment
- Prepare progress reports, documentation and updates for project stakeholders
- Assist in troubleshooting construction challenges and recommending solutions
- Liaise with clients, vendors and regulatory bodies as required
