The Construction Supervisor Structural is responsible for overseeing structural construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and industry standards. • Minimum of 8 years of post‑qualification experience in a relevant industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry codes
• Experience in offshore and onshore projects preferred
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills

• Supervise and manage structural construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards
• Review technical drawings, specifications and plans to ensure accuracy and feasibility before execution
• Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors and site personnel to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth workflow
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (ASME, API, ASTM) and safety regulations
• Monitor material usage, procurement and inventory to prevent delays and cost overruns
• Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure structural integrity and adherence to design specifications
• Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring a hazard‑free work environment
• Prepare progress reports, documentation and updates for project stakeholders
• Assist in troubleshooting construction challenges and recommending solutions
• Liaise with clients, vendors and regulatory bodies as required
